This first monograph of Utah & Ether tells the story of an American couple who, in 2011, left their homeland behind indefinitely to explore, paint and document the metro systems of Asia. For five years (2011-2015) the artists traveled to 11 countries and 37 cities to fulfill their quest of chronicling the adventure and drama surrounding painting subways in Asia . This book is a compilation of stories and photographs that outline the artists' experiences on their 5 year journey to the biggest cities and most obscure regions of the world's largest continent.
